You must fully believe in your vision statement, and be fully commit to it for your dream to come through.
Your vision for your business is important enough that it’s worth spending some serious time on. You must concentrate and put together a list of everything you’ve ever thought about reaching for, no matter how far-fetched it might seem. Getting away from everything you have to do – all the tasks that typically take up an entrepreneur’s day – and focusing on nothing other than creating your BIG vision, for at least a few of days.
You want your dream board to speak to your purpose and vision, so only keep things that clearly illustrate that. You want to come away from that session with a crystal clear picture of where you want your company to ultimately be, what you want it to look like, and what you want to accomplish professionally, and personally through your business. Be honest to your self and listen to your heart when choosing what your last decision .
Keep your vision statement alive. Share your vision with people you know , and besides talking about it, keep your vision statement alive by keeping it physically prominent. Print it out and post it on your desk, in your fridge in your kitchen, wherever you, your family member or your colleagues will see it (and be reminded of it) daily.
“Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.” – Jack Welch
