TC Essential Oils
Cypress essential oil is obtained from the needle-bearing tree of coniferous and deciduous regions — the scientific name is Cupressus sempervirens. The cypress tree is an evergreen, with small, rounded and woody cones. Derived from the branches of the tall evergreen tree, Cypress essential oil has a fresh, clean aroma that’s energizing and refreshing. A slow-growing tree native to Australian, the compact tree with blue-green foliage reaches heights of 75 feet, and its branches can spread up to 30 feet at the base. It has a grounding, yet stimulating effect on the emotions, making it a popular oil to diffuse during times of transition or loss.
